Elevating Employee Onboarding:
Atalian Servest Nationwide Induction

Working closely with the Atalian Servest leadership team, including their CMO and directors, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive, nationwide induction video designed to transform their employee onboarding experience. My goal was to move beyond conventional presentations, crafting a visually engaging and informative welcome that truly captured the company's dynamic spirit and multifaceted operations.

This ambitious project aimed to convey a multitude of critical ideas – from Atalian Servest's extensive services across diverse sectors like retail, healthcare, and government, to their core values of agility, integrity, and sustainable development, and vital wellbeing initiatives like the "Chroma" platform. It needed to resonate with thousands of new colleagues across the UK and Ireland, establishing a strong, positive first impression.

Defining the project's core involved a complete end-to-end creative and production process:

• Strategic Content Development: I supported & the scriptwriting and delivery ensuring clarity and conciseness while distilling complex company information into an engaging narrative aiming not to over-cook each section which had a lot of ground to cover.

• Complete Visual Direction: I took full ownership of the visual decision-making, transforming abstract concepts into a compelling and digestible visual journey, demonstrating how a well-crafted video can be far more impactful than a static slideshow or a whiteboard!

• Immersive Audio Design: This included sound production and the composition and editing of the bespoke soundtrack / vocal track, ensuring a cohesive and professional auditory experience that enhanced the video's message without distraction.

• High-Level Stakeholder Collaboration: I guided the project through various stages of approval and feedback, collaborating closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company vision and strategic objectives.

Completed in just three months while maintaining my regular workload, this project was a daunting challenge but in the end I was able to complete and get approval from The Senior Team. The Atalian Servest induction video stands as a testament to how cohesive visual and verbal frameworks can effectively entertain, educate, and seamlessly integrate new talent into a company's culture and mission.
